I was really excited to visit the Church of St. John The Baptist in Panormos, and that's the main reason why I chose to stay at Asterion. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offers free private parking nearby. This was a great convenience and made it easier for me to explore the area. I loved that there were taverns serving fresh fish and traditional Cretan food just 300 meters away from the hotel. It was a perfect opportunity to taste the delicious local cuisine.

The room was spacious and clean, with a big balcony overlooking the pool and a view of the sea. the pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and a nice grassy area. I also appreciated the children's play area for families with young kids. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and nearby tavernas.

The bathroom in my room was quite small and the shower was inadequate.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Asterion Apartments. Emmy and Stella, the hosts, were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The kids loved the pool and playground. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Asterion Apartments in Panormos. The hosts, Emmy and Stella, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The kids loved the pool and playground, and the spacious and clean apartments had stunning sea views. It was a perfect location for exploring the island.

The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

Great swimming pool area, perfect for kids. The pool bar with sea views and snacks was a nice touch. The spacious garden with the seasonal outdoor pool was a lovely place to relax.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful sound of the road traffic noise, it was the cherry on top of the perfect stay.
